First let me thank you for your past participation in the Frankenmuth Auto Fest.
Without your presence our little festival would not quite be what it is today.
Having said that I would like to bring to your attention some changes to our vendor agreement.
We have made changes in the park rules, for our show car participants as well as our vendor area.
PLEASE READ THE VENDOR AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY.
- The primary change is set up day. Due to the current make up of the show it now starts on Friday.
- With show cars filling the park at 8:00am Friday all Vendor Display material needs to be in the park on THURSDAY Sept 10th.
- WE WILL NOT ALLOW VENDOR VEHICLES INTO THE VENDOR AREA ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY.
- IF NEEDED YOU CAN SET UP ON FRIDAY, BUT YOUR PRODUCT, TRAILER, OR NEEDED MATERIALS NEEDS TO BE ON YOUR SPOT BY THURS EVENING.

Vendor Contract for Space Reservations
A. The following is your Space Rental Agreement for reservation of display space in the Vendor Midway at the Frankenmuth Auto Fest. After you have read the entire agreement fill out the Vendor Information below and select your method of payment for your appropriate booth needs.

WE WILL NOT ASSIGN RESERVATIONS TO ANY SPACE WITHOUT THIS AGREEMENT AND FULL PAYMENT.
B. Vendor Booth Size; each display booth is 10’ x 20’. THAT IS 10’ OF FRONTAGE AND 20’ OF DEPTH.
- If you need 20’ of display frontage you need 2 spaces.
- YOU WILL NOT TURN THE DISPLAY AREA TO SUIT YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS. It is expected that ALL your display material fits inside your booth.
- Those of you that like to have a vehicle in your area, it MUST FIT. THIS IS NOT A PARKING AREA.
C. Payment Methods: Space reservations require: payment in full and this rental agreement signed by July 31st prior to the event. Payment methods include: personal or business check, money order, or credit card (payment below).
D. Space Assignments: Vendors will be assigned to their space by vendor manager. You will gain access to the park for set up beginning Thursday 9:00 am. thru 8:00 pm. Your display material needs to be on your spot by Thurs night.
The park is closed to vendor entrance on Friday. Park opens to display vehicles at 8:00 a.m Friday. Display should be fully erected by 2:00 pm Friday. PARK WILL BE LOCKED, NO ENTRANCE OR EXIT AFTER 7:00 pm. NO SPACE SETUP IS PERMITTED ON SATURDAY.
Space assignments will be given priority first by:
1) Sponsors, 2) Product, 3) Previous vendor pre-registered, 4) Pre-registered new vendors, 5) New Vendors
Asphalt Vending Spaces are assigned in conjunction with Sponsorship
At this time all Vending spaces in the Asphalt area are assigned by INVITATION ONLY.
E. CONDUCT: Frankenmuth Auto Fest reserves the right to TERMINATE this contract at will for action or behavior believed to be detrimental to the welfare of this event. This includes material, product, displays, actions, business practices, and or personal conduct deemed inappropriate for a family event. This event is open to all ages and it is expected your display and conduct is suitable for all audiences.
F. Tear Down of your display should not start before 1:00 pm Sunday. Those that leave early will have considerations lost for next year’s event. ALL RUBBISH IS TO BE SENT TO CONTAINERS. NO RUBBISH IS TO BE LEFT ON THE EXHIBIT GROUNDS. ASK FOR ASSISTANCE IF NEEDED
G. ELECTRICAL: Electricity is NOT provided. Although access to electricity is available on the grounds, we can make NO provisions for its use for any specific vendor. If we find you connected to electricity there will be a weekend fee of $ 25.00 charge for its use.
Admissions 1-3 spaces get 2 gate admissions and 1 parking pass, 4-6 spaces get 4 gate admissions and 2 parking passes, 7-10 spaces get 6 gate admissions and 4 parking passes. Additional gate passes are available for vendor helpers at $5.00 for the weekend. We will assist with special needs on an as needed basis. Please call ahead if you know of special requests that will be asked for at time of event.

In consideration of the acceptance of the right of participation, entrant, participant, and spectators, by execution of this registration form, Release and discharge the FRANKENMUTH AUTOFEST, the City of Frankenmuth and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants and anyone else connected with management or presentation of this Auto Fest, of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, or judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant to their person or property.
